After a few more readings on my research instrument, I have decided that I need to change the instrument from Metacognitive Awareness of Reading Strategies Inventory (MARSI) Version 1.0 to Survey of Reading Strategies (SORS) (2002).
This change is done because I have just discovered that MARSI is for native speakers of English while my samples are not. They are ESL learners which means that English is their second language, therefore, SORS should be used instead of MARSI.
